Shipping and Delivery

1. How much are the delivery charges?
   • No delivery charge for orders $150 and above.
   • Delivery charge of $12 is applicable for orders below $150.

    

2. What is the delivery time?
   • Monday to Saturday: 11am – 6pm
   • Same Day Delivery: Please call us/place your order before 9am.
   • Next Day Delivery: Orders received after 9am will be delivered on the next working day.
   • No delivery on Sundays and Public Holidays.

    

3. Who can receive the goods?
   • Persons aged 18 or above.
   • We reserve the right to request a valid photo ID for verification.

    

4. What should I do if the bottles are damaged or missing?
   • In such circumstances, please inform and return the damaged bottles to the driver, and indicate on the invoice, so that we can arrange for the replacement to be delivered in the next available schedule.

    

5. Is the company GST registered? 
   • Yes, we are GST registered company.

Return Policy

Broken or Damaged Goods

No return for items that are broken or damaged after delivery. However, for Wholesale partners, if you order the wrong item, kindly call in at +6564586857 for product replacements. Replacement /return for company or personal purchase are eligible as well, note that there will be an additional $30 delivery charge. All replacements/returns can be accessed by a case by case basis.
